Korea Has Talent Phone Support:
Korea Has Talent is here to help and as a Client Galaxy Membership owner we offer unique Phone Support between 9AM - 9PM 7 Days a week.
(When you 1st join as a Client Galaxy Member you will be assigned with a Client Support Representaive along with their contact details)

Create A New Event:
You have the ability to create an unlimited amount of Events.

Broadcast Event For Casting:
After creating an Event and specifying what type of Talent is required (i.e. MC, Pretty etc...) you have the option to "Broadcast the Event For Casting".
This will then notify all the Talent that do the type of work you specified via Email and also show on the Home Pages of Korea Has Talent so that Talent can apply for Casting.
(You can specify if you want to be notified via SMS if a Talent applies for Casting and also enter a date that you wish to stop broadcasting the Event for Casting.)

Talent Search Engine:
The Talent Search Engine is optimized to search for Talent with the criteria you specify.
The Talent Search Engine will only show legitimate Talent in the search results that Korea Has Talent have Rated between 5-10 for commitment and ability.
(Legitimate Talent are Talent in our database that our team here at Korea Has Talent have called and rated based on the Talents ability and commitment based on what the Talent specified in their profile)

Client Ratings And Comments:
After the Event is over you have the ability to Rate and Comment on the Talent you used for the Event.
The Rating you give will be added to any other Ratings that the Talent has already got from other Clients or Agencies to give them an average Client Rating score.
(This makes it easier in the future for you to search for Talent that have a high rating score)

The Comments you give for the Talent are not given to other Clients but are for your reference only incase you need to use the same Talent again in the future
(i.e. "the Talent had excellent English and was great with customers but was late every day to the Event")

Add Talent To Favorites List:
This allows you to add Talent that you have used before or maybe Talent you saw when Searching the Talent Search Engine that you think could use in the future.

SMS Alerts:
An SMS alert is an alert sent to either the Talent or the Event Organisers mobile phone number (Please see our price list for further details).
All mobile numbers are verified before the SMS is sent and an SMS status report is given showing when each SMS was sent, to who it was sent and if it was received or not.
